All The Nations Wembley

All the Nations Wembley began as a church-start in December of 2017.  It is affiliated with the Alberta Parkland District of the Evangelical Free Church of Canada.  

I, Dwight Munn, was the lead pastor of a church in Grande Prairie, Alberta, when the Spirit of God placed Wembley on my heart. I had been praying for the community for three years when God moved us to join Him in planting a church here.

The APD EFree was interested in planting a church and invited Sherry (my wife) and I to join them in Wembley and asked the other EFree churches in the area to support the work and help All the Nations get established.

What is the Mission of All the Nations?  Matthew 28:18-20 

The mission is to follow Jesus and to encourage others to follow Him. Jesus stated in Matthew’s gospel, “Go into all the world and make disciples.” A disciple is simply one who follows Jesus and, who by their life and purpose, teaches others how to follow Him. 

Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice and I know them, and they follow Me.”

I am Dwight Munn and I am the founding pastor at All the Nations church Wembley. I grew up in rural New Brunswick and enjoyed growing up in the country.  My father became a lumber contractor when I was about 12 years old and taught his sons how to work. I worked alongside him until I went to Bible college.   

After Bible college, we helped with a church-start in Nova Scotia and then pastored churches in Maine as well as the Fredericton area.  We moved to Grande Prairie, Alberta in January of 2008 to become the lead pastor in a city church. I was the lead pastor there for 10 years before God placed Wembley and the starting of All the Nations Wembley on our hearts. 

My wife Sherry and I have just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in November 2024.  We have 6 children - 1 son and 5  daughters - five of our children are married and we are blessed to have 16 grandchildren.   

It is our privilege to be the founding pastoral couple at ATN.  It has been encouraging to watch people come to faith in Jesus and see people grow in their faith.
